System Dynamics wins Deloitte ‘Best Managed Companies’ Award 2011
We are very proud to announce that System Dynamics has won a "Deloitte Best Managed Companies" award, for the third year in a row.
The Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme, in association with Irish Life Corporate Business, recognises indigenous Irish companies across the island of Ireland which are operating at the highest levels of business performance. The programme seeks to identify best managed companies through an evaluation process that extends far beyond financial results to include Strategy, Services & Products offered, Leadership and People. The Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards programme is unique in that it recognises the efforts of the entire organisation, not just one individual.
Commenting on winning this prestigious award Tony McGuire, CEO of System Dynamics pointed to the following key reasons for this prestigious achievement:
“Our people, our culture, our technology partners and our engagements with our clients are the core strengths of our business. The confidence our clients have in us is shown by the high levels of repeat business, referrals and, ultimately, the numbers of new clients we have won in the last year. The last several years have seen severe declines in business levels in Ireland and many other countries. System Dynamics, as a services company, has not been immune to this general decline. But the ability of our people, the strength of our culture and leadership, and our model of engagement with clients has allowed the Company to win significant numbers of new clients in the past 12 months both in Ireland and in our UK and Europe business. Coupled with significant levels of repeat business from our existing clients, we have experienced encouraging levels of growth in our domestic and International business.”
