Background
Paddy Power is a globally recognised company that employs over 2,500 staff and operates its bookmaking business, which spans retail, online, and tele-betting channels, in the UK, Ireland and Australia.
Over recent years Paddy Power was increasingly hampered by their legacy financial systems. A project was started to evaluate options for their replacement system to streamline their financial operations and support the rapid expansion of the company in Ireland and abroad.
In September 2010 Paddy Power selected System Dynamics for the implementation of Oracle E-Business Financials, Purchasing, iProcurement, and iExpenses.
