Due to a significant increase in demand against a backdrop of challenging economic conditions, the Legal Aid Board need to streamline and standardise its processes to ensure maximum benefits to staff and shorter waiting times for its clients.
The Board decided to implement a full, end-to-end Legal Case Management Solution to meet the stated objectives. They required an entire solution, which would be the primary operational tool within the Board, to track the full lifecycle of cases from the application stage, through service delivery, to case closure and archival functions.
System Dynamics proposed our Case Management Framework. This Framework is a set of reusable common components that form the building blocks of all of our case management implementations. It utilises a component driven approach where we bring pre-built proven modules to the project, eliminating development risk and speeding up project timelines.
The Case Management Framework allows:
- streamlined business processes to enable faster and efficient resolution of cases,
- faster case throughput to deliver an increase in case volumes,
- full visibility of all cases and their stages in the business workflow,
