With northern hemisphere headquarters in London, Investec run European operations in London, Dublin, Zurich and New York.

Each of these local operations requires separate implementations of ERP systems for financial management as well as the procurement functions, with integration into local banking systems.

Solution

System Dynamics worked with Investec to implement separate instances of Oracle JD Edwards for London, Dublin, Zurich, with New York currently planned for implementation in 2012.

The separate instances of JD Edwards are integrated with local banking systems, and each provides compliance with both international compliance requirements, as well as with additional local regulatory compliance requirements.
