Background

Allianz Ireland is one of Ireland's largest multi-line general insurance companies and is part of the Allianz Group which serves more than 80 million customers in over 70 countries.

A key part of the Allianz Irish business is to provide products to their customers through their extensive broker network. The objective for their Ireland and Northern Ireland broker markets was to eliminate the data processing involved in their paper based broker statements by automating the delivery, management and processing associated with these monthly statements.

Solution

System Dynamics implemented a secure, forms-based solution (iForms) for Allianz for the secure distribution of electronic statements to their brokers and the return of updated statements back to Allianz.  

This solution leverages industry-leading technology and applies our proven methodology to ensure successful delivery of a secure and scaleable solution.

With the iForms solution Allianz’s existing paper based forms are transformed into electronic forms which their brokers can complete online or offline.

iForms ensures that complex business logic can be built into a simple, intuitive, visually-appealing form that brokers can then submit at the click of a button, helping Allianz to dramatically increase customer satisfaction levels while lowering administration costs.
